Using your 3 mm 30–40 mm stone clips.
3 mm refers to the grout joint spacing created by the clip. 30–40 mm refers to the thickness of the stone, tile or other compatible material the clip is designed to suit.
For material from 30 mm up to below 35 mm, use 30 mm Stone & Paver Wedges. For 35–40 mm material, including exactly 35 mm, use Regular Wedges. These are the recommended choices; some thicknesses can fit both wedges. Explore the compatible wedges and tools for product details.
Remove the clips after the adhesive or bedding material has cured, following the manufacturer’s curing instructions. The clips break cleanly at the base after curing. They can be knocked off manually using the DE-CLIP-IT Hammer, but the hammer’s slotted end does not slide over these larger clips.
